Linda has been helping high school students develop art portfolios for college admissions since 2007. She studied art in The Netherlands (Jan van Eyck Academy) and in Los Angeles and San Diego (MFA program, UCLA, UCSD), and is the recipient of numerous awards including a residency at Schloss Solitude of Stuttgart Germany.
She has exhibited in and received commissions from institutions both in the United States and abroad, including the 18th St. Arts Center (Santa Monica CA), Brookfield Properties ( 7+FIG, Los Angeles and 1NY Plaza, Lower Manhattan), CUNY Graduate Center Gallery (Midtown Manhattan) WYSPA Cultural Center (Gdansk Poland), the Municipal Gallery of Wroclaw (Poland) among other sites.
Linda has guest lectured for the art departments of UCLA, USC, Otis College of Art and Design, The Evergreen State College, and Cal Arts, and has served on review panels for the Southern California Institute of Architecture, The School of Architecture at Woodbury University, and the Department of Cultural Affairs of Santa Monica. She is passionate about working with students through the art portfolio process.
